Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Returns made within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original method used for payment ( no exceptions ).  Only merchandise purchased on hunterboot.top are potentially eligible for return. 

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

    1) Return via mail:
           ● All mail-in returns are subject to a $6.95 restocking fee per order
           ● Start your return online to receive a mailing label to box and ship your items
           ● You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
           ● Please allow 4-5 business days for your refund to be initiated

    2) Return in-person with Happy Returns:
            ● Returns made in person at a Returns Bar are free of charge
            ● Refund initiated immediately upon drop-off
            ● Thousands of locations nationwide
            ● Start your return online and choose the Returns Bar option to receive a QR code & further directions

     Reminder: All Items must be returned in original shoeboxes in new, unworn condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact customer service for issues related to damages, workmanship and mis-shipped items.
